Unbreaking brilliant
1:1 Coaching Lab
A structured, hands-on 12-session program for neurodivergent professionals navigating burnout, pressure, and misaligned systems.
(A short conversation to explore fit)
What is this?
Unbreaking Brilliant is a structured 1:1 work space for neurodivergent professionals navigating chronic friction with systems that aren't designed for them.
You're likely already doing meaningful work—leading, creating, organizing, or building things that matter. But you're also repeatedly encountering environments and situations that make that work feel impossible to sustain.
The issue usually isn’t capability or effort. It’s that the surrounding systems—workplace expectations, power dynamics, productivity culture, and infrastructure—were never designed to support how your mind, body, and capacity cycles actually function.
Instead of trying to “fix” you as an individual, this lab focuses on redesigning the internal and external systems shaping your work and life.
Together we examine internal patterns, power dynamics, and external structures—and begin building infrastructure that protects your agency, identity, and capacity inside complex environments.
What's a Lab?
Labs are hybrid coaching–consulting spaces where we combine reflection, insight, and mindset shift (coaching) with hands-on, application-focused work (consulting).
We look directly at real dynamics in your life and work—organizational systems, power structures, expectations, and internalized narratives—and begin building tools and infrastructure that can support you right away.
You can imagine it less like a conversation space and more like a working studio for your brain and systems.
The ultimate goal is:
Your work and life become sustainable again. Your capacity, agency, and brilliance are no longer held hostage by misaligned systems.
Do you see yourself here?

This lab is designed for a very specific type of person—someone who 1. knows they have a lot to offer, 2. is already engaged in self-work, and 3. is still battling with misaligned systems, expectations, and narratives.
Maybe you've been labeled as:
- A high achiever
- Multi-talented or "full of potential"
- Gifted
- High-capacity, highly capable, or a "work horse"
- Someone who can solve complex problems others struggle with
And at the same time, you've probably experienced:
- Being underestimated and having to constantly prove yourself
- Being overestimated and expected to perform without adequate support
- Encountering the same systemic barriers again and again, despite self-work and changing contexts
- Cycles like hope → barriers → burnout → rebuilding → hope
- Or inspiration → misalignment → overwhelm → crash → reinvention → inspiration
Over time this creates a painful, often traumatic contradiction:
You know what you're capable of—and it's a lot—but you're surrounded by systems and environments that keep undermining your capacity and skill.
That is the purpose of this lab.
Unbreaking Brilliant exists to help you redesign those conditions and refocus on what fulfills, sustains, and inspires you.
What do we actually do?

This lab is collaborative, practical, and systems-focused.
Over the course of 12 sessions, we work together to identify where your capacity is being disrupted and begin redesigning the conditions around your work and life.
This process often includes:
- Mapping responsibilities, expectations, and energy
- Identifying patterns where your capability is being mistaken for limitless capacity or access needs are interpreted as inadequacy
- Redesigning boundaries, workflows, and support structures
- Building infrastructure that supports how your brain actually works
- Experimenting with new structures, processes, and reframes that make your work sustainable again
The goal isn’t just insight or an 'aha' moment.
By the end of the lab, you will already have new systems, boundaries, narratives, and structures in motion—along with repeatable tools and processes you can continue using after the lab ends.

Weekly or Bi-Weekly
I do both labs and 'regular' coaching. How are they different?

In my standard coaching packages, sessions tend to focus on reflection, exploration, and strategic conversation around whatever is most present in your life or work. Typically, topics evolve organically from week-to-week.
My coaching packages are great for folks who aren't sure where to start or who want to work on a range of intersecting topics that don't fit neatly into one of my Lab 'buckets'.
My Labs, by contrast, are structured containers designed to fit very specific issues for very specific people.
Labs are meant to produce change that is more actionable, immediately tangible, and systemic. Rather than moving session-to-session based primarily on what arises, Labs follow a curriculum. They include a clear overarching framework, hands-on tools that we work with in and between sessions, and a design process that builds week-to-week.
Why is Unbreaking Brilliant a 'Lab' instead of just coaching?

Unbreaking Brilliant focuses on structural redesign for neurodivergent professionals across multiple levels of change, including:
- Internal narratives and identity patterns
- Power dynamics and expectation structures
- Work systems and infrastructure
- Sustainability over time
The goal isn’t just better self-understanding, mindset shift, or a plan. Those things are great!
But the purpose of Unbreaking Brilliant is to redesign and rebuild new conditions in real time so that you leave the 12-session container with tangible change already in motion.
How Does It Work?
the 4-Layer redesign framework
In the Unbreaking Brilliant Lab, we'll focus on translating layers of friction and pressure into layers of sustainability, capacity, and infrastructure. To do this, we'll use a structured method with repeatable tools, frameworks, and processes that build over time.
Our work will be guided by a custom framework that helps us examine and redesign systems across four interconnected layers:

Narrative Redesign
Reframing and rewriting internalized stories about productivity, capability, and identity
Boundary Redesign
Reshaping and stabilizing expectations, authority structures, and responsibilities

Infrastructure Redesign
Building tools, workflows, and environments aligned with your mind, body, patterns, and access needs

Sustainability Redesign
Creating structures that allow leadership, creativity, and responsibility to persist without burnout
Over the course of the lab, we apply this framework to your specific context—identifying where friction is occurring, choosing the right type of response, and (re)building systems that work with your capacity instead of against it.
How is the Lab structured?

Unbreaking Brilliant is a 12-session redesign container built to support meaningful change over time.
The lab includes:
- 12 private sessions with me, Serin, the creator of this framework
- 75-minute sessions, which are longer than standard coaching sessions so we have time to both explore what’s emerging and actively work with the tools, frameworks, and systems we’re building
- Structured tools, exercises, and frameworks that guide the redesign process
- Guided between-session work, where you apply, track, reflect on, integrate, and refine what we’re building
Because this is a lab rather than traditional coaching, a meaningful portion of the work happens between sessions.
Between sessions, you might:
- Test a new boundary, workflow, or support structure
- Complete a worksheet or mapping tool
- Track patterns, narratives, or friction points in real time
- Apply a new process to a situation and note how it went
- Reflect on what worked, what didn’t, and what needs recalibration
I will also review this work between sessions so we can refine and build on it together. This allows the redesign process to deepen week-to-week rather than starting fresh each session.
Over time, this means you’re not only gaining insight—you’re building a body of tools, maps, decisions, and structures you can keep using after the lab ends.
Two timing options

Sessions can occur weekly or bi-weekly, depending on how you prefer to move through the work.
Some people choose weekly sessions to move through the redesign process more quickly. Others prefer bi-weekly sessions so they have more time to process, experiment, integrate insights, and apply the tools between meetings.
Most people complete the lab over 3–6 months, depending on pacing.
We are able to build in additional flexibility or extend our timeline further to accommodate rest, time off, holidays, etc.
Deciding if this is a good fit for you
This lab tends to resonate most with people who are:
- Neurodivergent professionals navigating burnout or systemic friction
- Leaders, founders, organizers, or culture workers carrying significant responsibility
- People whose capability is often over-relied upon without adequate support
- Creatives, strategists, and systems thinkers doing complex work
- Individuals navigating misalignment between identity, values, and institutions
You don’t need to fit a particular label to work with me or benefit from this lab.
Curiosity, reflection, and willingness to explore systems are the most important ingredients!
