1:1 Coaching
Coaching for people navigating identity, values, complex systems, and sustainable ways of living, working, creating, and leading
About 1:1 Coaching

Coaching with me offers a collaborative space for self-exploration, processing, problem-solving, navigating complexity and uncertainty, and designing ways of living and working that fit who you are, your access needs, and your aspirations.
Many people come to coaching during moments of transition, uncertainty, or expansion—when something about their identity, work, or life feels misaligned, conflicting, or stuck.
Like me, my clients are typically Disabled, neurodivergent, plural, mad, trans, and/or queer folks. Most often, I work with care and culture workers, creatives, leaders, business owners, freelancers, academics, and organizers.
Coaching creates space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, test options, and move forward with more clarity, agency, and purpose.

Who this work is designed for
The people who tend to resonate most with my approach are often navigating alignment between identity, values, systems, and other complexities.
Many of my clients are:
- Neurodivergent, Disabled, mad (reclaimed use!), and/or chronically ill
- Queer and/or trans
- Plural systems or exploring plurality (either through formal diagnosis or self-diagnosis)
- Care workers, culture workers, organizers, educators, or nonprofit leaders
- Founders, freelancers, or creative professionals
- People navigating burnout, sociopolitical stress, or major life transitions
- Folks looking to align their work with their identities, values, access needs, and capacity
You don’t need to fit any particular label to work with me. But curiosity, reflection, and a willingness to explore systems (internal and external) tend to make our work more meaningful.
Who this work might not resonate with
I might not be the best fit for you if:
- You're looking for optimization-oriented productivity systems, quick hacks, or prescriptive life plans
- You prefer a corporate vibe
- You're primarily seeking clinical therapy rather than coaching
- You want to focus exclusively on habit, behavior, or thought change without discussing the systems and structures that impact you
My coaching tends to work best for people who are values-oriented and interested in collaboration, exploration, and systems thinking.

How we'll work together

My coaching practice is grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and systems awareness.
Rather than trying to “fix” you, we explore the broader systems shaping your experience—internal systems, relational systems, and structural systems—and experiment with ways of navigating them differently or completely transforming them.
Sessions may include:
- Reflective conversation and inquiry
- Mapping patterns and systems
- Exploring identity and values
- Designing experiments and new approaches
- Building structures and supports that fit your life, work, values, access needs, and goals
- Checking in regularly about ongoing themes
I'm very flexible and invite clients to decide how much we want to incorporate structures like:
- "Homework" between sessions
- Accountability check-ins
- Following a set curriculum versus prioritizing what comes up each session
Coaching is not about having the right answers or showing up perfectly each week. It’s about creating space to think, experiment, and move forward with intention.
Coaching Investment
Standard Rates
1:1 coaching sessions start at:
- $225 for a 50-minute session
- $325 for a 75-minute session
The total investment for a coaching package is typically:
- 3-month package: $1,350 to $3,900
- 6-month package: $2,700 to $7,800
- 12-month package: $5,400 to $15,600
Your total investment depends primarily on the session length (50- or 75-minutes) and frequency (weekly or bi-weekly sessions) that you choose.
Labs, group coaching, organizational coaching partnerships, executive advising, and consulting engagements are priced separately depending on structure, scope, and level of support needed.
Sliding Scale
My pricing is predominantly determined by my own capacity, financial landscape, and access needs regarding scheduling. At the same time, I believe access to support should not depend solely on financial privilege. I primarily expand access through low-cost community workshops, resources, and content, which covers similar content to my coaching and consulting work.
I also maintain a limited number of sliding scale spots. I don't generally announce when these open because I usually have a waitlist to work through.
To join the sliding scale waitlist, please either:
- Email serin@anserinae.com
- Book an inquiry call and just note what would be an accessible investment for you in the 'financial constraints' section of the inquiry form
