Coaching, consulting, learning, and integrative labs for people navigating complexity, identity, values, and change

Hi y’all, welcome ❤
I’m Serin Bond-Yancey (they/any). I'm a mad, multiply neurodivergent, Disabled, chronically ill, white, fat, queer, trans/gender-fluid person. And I'm a:
- neurodiversity coach
- diagnostic assessment specialist
- access, equity, and impact consultant
- antiracist and anticolonial accomplice
- designer
- writer, researcher, and educator
- nonprofit leader (at Trans-Wa!)
- parent and partner
- first-gen college student
I carry all of these layers into the work I do, drawing on a wide range of skills, interests, and knowledge from 20+ years of professional consulting and coaching experience.
I’m also the host of the Anserinae System (they/them, plural), a multiple system of 30+ self-states who share a body and a life. In all of my work, I try to show up as my full self (selves!) and that includes leading with suppressed topics like multiplicity.
Free Upcoming Webinars
This summer, I’m hosting a series of free webinars and support spaces for people and organizations trying to build meaningful work and lives beyond burnout, urgency culture, and misalignment.
Topics include nonprofit funding strategy, post-Pride season recalibration, small business and nonprofit partnerships, and neurodivergent-friendly ways of working, leading, and creating.
Come to one session or follow along through the full summer series. I'd love to see you there!
